01

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Revodo Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17350368 (registered office: Suite RA01, 195–197 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU), collects, uses, stores and protects your personal information when you use the Revodo website, applications and related services.

Revodo Limited is the data controller of your personal data for the purposes of UK data protection law.

Revodo is currently in a pre-launch phase, operating a waitlist and founding member programme. The data practices described here reflect this pre-launch stage. This policy will be updated when the full Revodo service launches.

For more information about how we use cookies and similar technologies, please see our Cookie Policy.

02

Information We Collect

During the current pre-launch phase, we collect:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Usage and analytics data (only with your consent)

When Revodo launches and you choose to use vehicle management features, we will also collect vehicle information you provide — such as make, model and service history. This policy will be updated at that time.

03

Lawful Basis for Processing

Revodo Limited processes your personal data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). At the current pre-launch stage, we rely on the following lawful bases:

  • Consent — for waitlist registration, founding member sign-ups and marketing communications
  • Legitimate interests — to operate and improve the pre-launch website, where these interests are not overridden by your rights
  • Legal obligation — where we are required to process data to comply with applicable laws

When the Revodo service launches and users enter into a service agreement with us, we will also rely on performance of a contract where processing is necessary to deliver those services.

04

How We Use Your Information

During the current pre-launch stage, we use your information to:

  • Manage the waitlist, founding member registrations and early-access programmes
  • Communicate launch updates, announcements and service-related information
  • Improve the pre-launch website experience
  • Provide customer support
  • Maintain security and prevent misuse

When Revodo launches, we will also use your information to provide and improve the full vehicle management service.

05

Vehicle Data

Revodo is building vehicle history, maintenance tracking and related features. This section describes how vehicle data will be handled when those features become available — it does not reflect current data practices.

When available, any vehicle information you choose to provide — such as make, model, service history or documentation — will remain yours. It will be used solely to provide the relevant platform features. Revodo Limited will not claim ownership of vehicle information you provide.

06

Email Communications

If you join the waitlist or become a Founding Member, we may send you updates about Revodo. You may unsubscribe at any time.

07

Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers including:

  • Framer
  • Supabase
  • Make.com
  • Resend
  • Analytics providers
08

International Data Transfers

Some of our third-party service providers may process your data outside the United Kingdom. Where this occurs, Revodo Limited takes reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place, in line with UK GDPR requirements.

09

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information and keep it secure.

10

Data Retention

We keep your personal information only for as long as is reasonably necessary to provide the service, manage waitlists and founding member access, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and maintain security.

You may request deletion of your personal data at any time. We will action your request unless we are legally required to retain certain information.

11

Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the following rights. To exercise any of them, please contact us — details are in the Contact section below.

  • Right to access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Right to rectification — ask us to correct any inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Right to erasure — request that we delete your personal data where there is no lawful reason to keep it
  • Right to restrict processing — ask us to limit how we use your data in certain circumstances
  • Right to object — object to us processing your data based on legitimate interests
  • Right to withdraw consent — at any time, where our processing is based on your consent; this will not affect any processing already carried out
  • Right to complain — if you believe your rights have been breached, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk
