These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Revodo website, applications and related services provided by Revodo Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17350368 (registered office: Suite RA01, 195–197 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU).

Please read these Terms before creating an account, using any legacy Founding Member benefit or buying a subscription. You accept them when you tick the acceptance box or otherwise complete an equivalent acceptance step. If you do not accept them, do not create or use a Revodo account.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that UK consumer law gives you and which cannot lawfully be excluded.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to create an account. You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless it results from our failure to use reasonable care and skill. One person must not create accounts to evade plan limits, suspensions or offer eligibility rules.

Revodo helps vehicle owners organise maintenance records, vehicle history, documents and reminders. Revodo ID can connect structured history, evidence, permissions and approved garage contributions to a vehicle. Some features depend on third-party data, device permissions, connectivity or a paid plan.

Features marked beta, preview, early access or similar are still being tested. They may contain faults, change or be withdrawn. We will use reasonable care and skill in providing Revodo, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability.

You are responsible for:

• Using Revodo lawfully and only for vehicles and information you are entitled to manage
• Checking information you enter, import or receive before relying on it
• Not attempting unauthorised access, bypassing security or plan limits, introducing malicious code, scraping at scale or disrupting the service
• Not uploading unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful content, or impersonating another person
• Not using Revodo, Klaus or vehicle data in a way that risks harm to a person or property
• If acting for a garage or service provider, only requesting access, making attestations or adding records when authorised and when the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge

Vehicle information may come from you, previous keepers, garages, official sources such as DVSA, or other providers. Records can be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. You must check important information against the vehicle, original records and qualified professionals.

Revodo is a record and information tool, not proof of ownership, roadworthiness, legal compliance, insurance cover or a complete service history. Revodo ID organises identity references and provenance, but does not certify ownership or guarantee that every record is complete or correct. MOT status is not a substitute for ongoing maintenance or safety checks.

A garage or service provider may request read-only access to the vehicle’s shared timeline or propose a service record through Revodo. You control whether to approve the request. Approval shares the vehicle timeline for that workflow; account activity and documents remain excluded. Access does not expire automatically. Approval does not by itself approve additional work, price changes or a separate garage contract unless the screen expressly says so.

Attestations and provenance entries identify the source of a claim or record. They are evidence of who submitted or approved information, not a Revodo guarantee that the underlying work, part, diagnosis or statement is accurate.

You retain ownership of any documents, photographs, records and information you upload to Revodo. A garage, staff member or guest retains rights in content they contribute, subject to the permissions needed to attach authorised service evidence and provenance to the vehicle record.

You give Revodo a non-exclusive permission to host, copy, process, analyse and display that content only as needed to provide, secure and improve the service, comply with law and follow your instructions. This includes using contracted processors and AI services described in our Privacy Policy.

You confirm that you have the right to upload the content and that doing so does not unlawfully expose another person's personal information or intellectual property. You can delete content using available controls, subject to backup, legal and security retention described in our Privacy Policy.

Klaus, invoice email ingestion, CSV import and document scanning use automated and AI-assisted processing. Outputs can be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable for your particular vehicle. They are general information, not professional mechanical, legal, insurance or safety advice.

Do not use Klaus for emergencies or as the sole basis for deciding whether a vehicle is safe or roadworthy. Stop using the vehicle and seek appropriate emergency or qualified professional help where warning lights, symptoms or circumstances may indicate an immediate risk.

Advanced Klaus replies may use the available vehicle record to provide more detailed contextual information. Basic replies use lighter processing and are generally shorter and more general.

At the date of these Terms, Free includes 1 Klaus document scan per calendar day and 5 per rolling 30 days; 10 Advanced replies per rolling 30 days; then 1 Basic reply per rolling 24 hours, up to 10 Basic replies per rolling 30 days.

At the date of these Terms, Pro includes 30 Klaus document scans per calendar day and 50 per rolling 30 days; 10 Advanced replies per rolling 24 hours and 60 per rolling 30 days; then 5 Basic replies per rolling 24 hours, up to 50 Basic replies per rolling 30 days.

Where an allowance is described as rolling, it is measured over the stated preceding period and does not necessarily reset at midnight or at the start of a calendar month.

We may change models and providers used for AI features. Material plan or allowance changes will be handled under section 13.

The features, limits, billing period and price shown before purchase form part of your contract. Paid subscriptions are currently purchased and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The provider confirms the total price, taxes, billing cadence, trial eligibility, free period and renewal terms before you accept. A website checkout is supported only if Revodo expressly enables and presents it; downloading or opening the website is not itself a purchase.

Six-month introductory campaign: eligible users who start an Individual monthly Revodo Pro subscription trial from 1 November through 31 December 2026 receive six calendar months without a subscription charge. These are trial-start dates, not account-creation dates. The offer must be displayed and accepted in the supported provider checkout. Scanning a QR, creating an account or verifying an email alone does not activate Pro. The QR and campaign link may be shared; event attendance is not required.

From 1 January 2027, the standard introductory trial for new eligible Individual monthly Pro subscription starts is one calendar month. A six-month trial already started during the campaign retains its full individual trial period after 31 December. Calendar months are not a fixed number of days. The provider-confirmed start, expiry and renewal dates apply. Availability at the date boundaries is subject to the schedule for the relevant storefront; the business reference timezone is Europe/London.

Eligibility requires a Revodo account created on or after 1 September 2026, 00:00 Europe/London, with no previous recorded Pro trial redemption, and eligibility under the purchase provider’s rules. An Apple customer can redeem only one introductory offer per subscription group. A former-trial Free user is not entitled to another introductory trial by this campaign. Eligible former trial/subscription users now on Free may instead qualify for the separate paid returning-customer promotion in section 08A, where it is displayed in the mobile checkout. Trial history and existing trial expiry dates are not reset by this campaign.

The offer applies only to the Individual monthly acquisition subscription. Annual Pro, Family subscriptions and paid add-ons are excluded. Existing paid subscriptions, their billing, and previously granted trial periods are unchanged. The offer cannot be used to cancel, pause, replace or extend another subscription or entitlement automatically.

You must accept the subscription offer through the supported checkout and provide any required payment method. No subscription charge is taken during the provider-confirmed free trial. Unless cancelled by the deadline shown by the purchase provider, the trial renews as a paid monthly subscription at the regular store-localised price displayed before acceptance, currently £4.99 per month in the UK. The purchase screen is authoritative for the actual currency, price, eligibility and renewal date.

Manage or cancel the subscription through the provider used for purchase, following its displayed cancellation deadline to avoid renewal. Access after cancellation follows the provider’s confirmation and applicable law; immediate loss of free-trial access may apply. Uninstalling Revodo or deleting a Revodo account does not itself cancel a subscription. A purchase restore requires the appropriate purchase-provider account and the same Revodo identity.

Refunds, statutory cancellation rights, price-change approvals and billing disputes are handled under applicable law and the relevant provider’s rules. These Terms do not reduce those rights.

Where Revodo Pro Family is offered, the purchase screen states the account owner, member limit, sharing scope, entitlement rules and store-localised price. Family access is controlled by the purchasing account and does not transfer ownership of another person’s private documents or remove vehicle-level consent controls.

If a paid plan ends, your account moves to the available free plan. We will give reasonable notice before deleting or restricting access to data solely because it exceeds a free-plan limit and will provide a reasonable opportunity to export or reduce it where practicable.

The returning-customer promotion is separate from the new-subscriber free introductory trial. It is a paid promotional subscription period: one upfront payment equal to the normal localised Individual monthly Pro price buys six calendar months of Individual Pro. After that period, the subscription renews at the normal localised monthly price unless cancelled by the purchase provider’s deadline. The mobile checkout must show the one-time amount, six-month period, subsequent monthly price and renewal date before you accept. A required payment method must be provided.

The promotion applies to eligible purchases started from 1 November through 31 December 2026, only where the exact paid promotion is enabled, displayed and accepted in the supported mobile checkout, subject to storefront availability and provider scheduling. Europe/London is the business reference timezone. A completed six-month promotional purchase retains its full provider-confirmed individual period after the campaign closes. The offer closes to new starts after 31 December; it does not become a one-month returning offer in January. The separate one-calendar-month introductory trial from 1 January 2027 applies only to eligible new subscribers.

Eligibility requires a verified existing Revodo account, verifiable previous Pro trial or subscription history, current Free status with no active Pro access or protected subscription, no verified prior redemption of this returning campaign, and eligibility for the exact promotion from the purchase provider. It is offered once per eligible returning Revodo account. A refund, expiry, account switch or repeat attempt does not create a further campaign entitlement. Not every existing Free account qualifies; a previous introductory trial does not automatically confer eligibility for this paid promotion. An eligible new-subscriber free introductory trial remains a separate route.

The returning promotion is offered only through a supported iOS or Android checkout when both account eligibility and the exact provider terms agree. No direct returning-offer web checkout is currently offered. The user must select and accept the paid promotion; downloading the app, creating or verifying an account, scanning a QR or pressing a marketing link does not buy or activate it. If the provider does not display the promotion, ordinary monthly terms must not be represented as this six-month offer.

Annual Pro, Family subscriptions and paid add-ons are excluded. Active paid subscriptions, existing trial periods, renewal schedules and other protected access are not cancelled, shortened, replaced or extended by this promotion. Management, cancellation, restoration and statutory rights follow section 08 and the purchase provider’s terms. The provider-confirmed upfront amount, currency, term and subsequent monthly renewal price are authoritative.

The Founding Member offer closed to new entries at 23:59 BST on Monday 31 August 2026. This section is retained only to preserve the rights of people whose entry was accepted before the offer closed. No new Founding Member applications are accepted through the website.

An accepted Founding Member receives 12 months of Revodo Pro without a subscription charge, starting when paid Revodo Pro is first made generally available to UK users, plus any early-access opportunities and a digital Founding Member badge previously promised. 'Lifetime recognition' refers to the badge or recognition attached to an eligible account; it is not lifetime free Pro, lifetime service availability or ownership in Revodo.

No payment details are required for the free Founding period and it will not automatically convert into a paid subscription unless you separately choose and confirm a paid plan. Beta features, dates and availability may change. Beta data is intended to remain with your account, but you should retain copies of important original records.

The legacy benefit is personal, non-transferable and has no cash value. We may remove it for fraud, material abuse or a serious breach of these Terms, after reasonable notice where appropriate. Nothing here affects your statutory rights.

For temporary vehicle insurance made available through GoShorty, Revodo acts as an introducer only. Revodo does not advise on, recommend, arrange, underwrite or administer insurance. Revodo does not assess insurance eligibility, handle insurance payments, issue policies or policy documents, or handle insurance complaints.

GoShorty is a trading style of Complex to Clear Group Limited, an insurance broker authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority under reference number 751221. GoShorty handles eligibility, quotes, payments, policies, documents and complaints under its own terms.

Revodo may receive commission when a referred customer purchases a policy through the GoShorty journey.

Any insurance contract is between you and the relevant insurer or other provider identified in the quote and policy documents, not Revodo.

Third-party sites, stores, garages and data sources have their own terms and privacy practices. Garage services, prices, workmanship and warranties are agreed with the garage; Revodo provides the digital request, consent, record and evidence workflow unless a screen expressly states otherwise. Revodo is not the seller of third-party goods and is not responsible for their products or services, except where the law says otherwise.

Proactive Location Help is an optional Revodo Pro feature. It requires your explicit opt-in and the relevant device permission. You can withdraw permission or turn the feature off at any time.

Nearby place information is supplied using third-party place data and may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed or unavailable. A suggestion does not mean that Revodo endorses the retailer, tyre centre or garage, or guarantees its opening hours, location, availability, stock, price, qualifications, workmanship, suitability or safety.

Use the feature only when it is safe to do so and do not interact with Revodo while driving. You remain responsible for maintenance and repair decisions, checking important information directly with the provider, and obtaining qualified professional help where appropriate.

Revodo's software, branding, design and original content belong to Revodo Limited or its licensors. We give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the service for its intended purpose while your account is active.

You may give feedback. You allow us to use it without payment or confidentiality obligations, but this does not transfer ownership of your vehicle records or other user content.

If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses, or for problems caused by information or events outside our reasonable control where we used reasonable care.

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, breach of statutory rights, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Revodo is intended for personal vehicle organisation. You remain responsible for backups of critical original records and for obtaining professional help before making safety, mechanical, legal or financial decisions.

We may change features for security, legal, technical or genuine product reasons. We will not make arbitrary changes that unfairly remove the main benefit of a paid period already purchased.

For a material adverse change to a paid service, we will give reasonable advance notice where practicable and explain your options. Depending on the circumstances and law, these may include cancelling before renewal or a proportionate refund. Price changes apply only as permitted by law and the relevant app store process.

You may stop using Revodo at any time and can request account deletion through the app or our Delete Account page. Cancelling a subscription and deleting an account are separate actions.

We may restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, unlawful use, non-payment, serious or repeated breach, or protection of users or the service. We will normally explain the reason and allow a reasonable opportunity to fix or appeal the issue, unless doing so would create a security or legal risk.

We may terminate for a material breach that is not fixed after notice, or immediately for serious fraud, illegality or danger. We will provide a reasonable export opportunity where lawful and safe. Sections intended to survive termination, including ownership and liability provisions, continue to apply.

We may update these Terms for legal, security, technical or genuine product reasons. We will publish the new version and date. For material changes, we will give reasonable advance notice and ask for fresh acceptance where required.

A change will not retrospectively remove rights relating to a completed purchase. If you do not accept a material change, you may stop using Revodo and cancel any future renewal before the change takes effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you also retain the protection of any mandatory laws that apply where you live and may bring proceedings in your local courts. Consumers in England and Wales may bring proceedings in the courts of England and Wales.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint. This does not prevent you using any court, regulator or dispute process available to you by law.
