Choose your Revodo

Shared vehicles. Personal boundaries.

With Revodo Family, the host chooses which vehicles to share. Members can view those vehicles and their history, and add manual service records when their access level permits. Shared access does not transfer legal ownership.

Service attachments, original invoices and history evidence are private by default. The vehicle owner chooses which eligible evidence to share for each service record and can control future access through Revodo Family, Revodo ID and authorised connected-garage workflows. Insurance and claims documents, V5C and identity documents, finance records, account details and private Klaus conversations are not included in ordinary Family sharing unless a future screen clearly asks the user to authorise a specific disclosure.

Members can join with a Free account. Joining does not change or cancel an existing Pro subscription. Personal storage, Klaus, import and reminder allowances remain tied to each person’s own plan.

Invitations require a matching verified account. Each account can belong to one active family. Membership changes are limited to two replacements per rolling 90 days, with a 30-day wait after removal before joining a different family.

Evidence Storage

Evidence Storage is your personal space for vehicle documents and service attachments. Content is private by default and is shared only when you use a Revodo control to authorise an eligible Family, Revodo ID or connected-garage workflow. Free accounts include 50 MB; Pro accounts include 1 GB, with optional add-ons coming soon.

Vehicle History Evidence — documents that transfer with your vehicle — is stored separately and does not count toward your personal Evidence Storage quota.

Klaus

Klaus is your AI vehicle companion. He reads service records, invoice emails, MOT certificates and other imports to build a structured vehicle history, and answers questions about your car.

Vehicle Transfer

Revodo ID, structured history and sanitised Vehicle History Evidence can transfer with the vehicle. Private invoices, service attachments and personal documents remain with the person who uploaded them. Accepting a transferred vehicle does not use the recipient's personal storage allowance.

Storage Add-ons — Coming Soon

Coming soon: Active Pro subscribers will be able to expand their personal Evidence Storage with recurring add-on subscriptions, managed through your app store and billed separately from Pro.

Add-ons require an active Pro subscription. If Pro lapses, add-on bytes are suspended until Pro is reinstated. Add-ons increase your byte allowance only and do not affect vehicle count, evidence item limits, or Klaus limits.

Subscriptions and billing

Eligible Revodo accounts created on or after 1 September 2026 may be offered one 14-day free trial of monthly Revodo Pro, subject to Revodo-account and store-account eligibility. The purchase screen confirms eligibility and the store-localised renewal price. The annual plan does not currently include this trial. Revodo Pro is purchased and managed through Google Play or the Apple App Store; there is no web checkout.

The trial converts to a paid monthly subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Paid subscriptions then renew automatically for the same billing period until cancelled. Manage or cancel through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Uninstalling the app or deleting your Revodo account does not cancel a store subscription.
